Billy Walsh is an artist, serial entrepreneur, fisherman, and champion of freedom. In addition to satirical political subjects, his art focuses on tropical marine life and the universe – subjects that are less urgent to be released than those featured at Heckle Sketch. He also runs the sales and marketing for Tangerine Wellness, a business he cofounded in 2004.
